Adventures in PINK

Strange title, yes. I became an Independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant over the summer. I have no idea what possessed me to do this, but strangely enough, I LOVE IT!!! I love being able to meet new people. I feel better about myself because I actually work to look good. I love helping other women look and feel better. My husband loves that I have my nails done, if only to scratch his back. :) He loves that I feel better, am more positive, and re-energized. Being a person who struggles with bouts of depression (like, years long depression) this has been a wonderful way for me to feel good about myself. So, yes, I'm the lady who calls asking if you'd like a free facial. Yes, I'm the lady out driving around the neighborhood looking for house numbers to deliver orders. Yes, I love doing this!
