Darling daughter is having issues. She is trantruming all the time. She is throwing things at me, putting holes in the wall, giving me bruises, clawing the other kids, and constantly fighting with everyone. I don't think her meds are working anymore, and the new ones only made it worse. So, we are venturing into the field of diet alteration. Apparently, research shows there is improvement when gluten, casein, and soy are fully eliminated from the diet. We are starting with gluten. It's a bit easier for us than the casein (milk products.) We are also eliminating all processed sugars. She did great yesterday, until we had birthday cake. Today, she is doing great. She had gluten-free hot cereal, and tuna with mayo alone. She prefers it that way anyway. I truly hope this helps her and we can stick with it!
